Roman guitarist and singer-songwriter, Alex Britti has brought a personal language to Italian pop, capable of merging blues soul, immediate writing, and a strong live identity. Having trained on the guitar from a very young age, he travels across Europe playing alongside great blues names like Rosa King, Buddy Miles, and Billy Preston, developing a style based on technique, groove, and melodic sensitivity.

Success comes at the end of the 1990s with the album “It.pop,” propelled by songs like “Solo una volta (o tutta la vita)” and “Gelido.” In 1999 he won the Sanremo Festival in the New Proposals category with “Oggi sono io,” a song that would become one of the most important moments of his career and was later reinterpreted by Mina.

In the following years, he consolidates his journey with albums and singles that have firmly entered the Italian pop landscape, from “La vasca” to “Una su 1.000.000,” from “7000 caffè” to “Prendere o lasciare.” Alongside the singer-songwriter dimension, he adds a strong instrumental vocation, confirmed by the “Mojo” project and the more recent reinterpretations of the “Feat.Pop” path, including “Gelido” with Mario Biondi.
