GT3 Lavaredo – stage of the UCI Gravel World Series – brings gravel riding to the heart of the Dolomites, in a setting that combines cycling and landscape.
On June 20, along a route that seems to embrace the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the race crosses a landscape that is part of the identity of Veneto: fir forests, open plateaus, and valleys shaped by water and time. Riding here means moving in a living mountain, with the Tre Cime always present on the horizon as a landmark, following bike paths and trails that tell the natural and cultural history of this alpine area.
Although it is an international competition, GT3 maintains a direct connection to the life of these places: the refuges, the mountain huts, the changing light on the dolomite walls accompany the athletes throughout the route. The race thus becomes a tangible way to learn about the territory, observing it up close while tackling climbs, smooth stretches, and more technical passages. The Tre Cime, the variety of terrains, and the quality of the alpine environment make the experience intense yet accessible, inviting a careful look at the landscape even in moments of greater effort.
GT3 Lavaredo is an opportunity to experience the Dolomites as a natural and cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, and to approach a territory that welcomes with simplicity and authenticity. A day of sport that also leaves room for discovery, respect for the environment, and the pleasure of returning to a place that remains in memory.
