The Eroica, the traditional cycling race for amateurs held every year on the Strade Bianche in Siena, returns to the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene for its new edition.
Sunday, April 26, 2026 is Susegana, which will host the start of the event “Nova Eroica Prosecco Hills”, taking the 1200 participants allowed to ride modern racing bikes, gravel bikes, or cyclocross bikes along the roads of the hilly Treviso region, well-known for its strong cycling vocation and, above all, for the beauty of its landscape, traditions, nature, and history.
Participants have the opportunity to challenge themselves on the roads where great champions train every day, surrounded by a UNESCO World Heritage landscape: the four proposed routes, respectively the “Via dei Castelli” of about 50 km for leisure cycling, the “Via delle Vigne Eroiche” of 93 km for competitive racing, the “Lungo Via dei Laghi” of 120 km also competitive, and the new "Epic Route" of 230 km, allow for cycling through unique settings, among medieval castles, ancient villages, and the Alps.
“Nova Eroica Prosecco Hills” is therefore a unique experience in the heart of a magnificent territory that leaves all participants breathless. But not only that: companions can enjoy, celebrate, and discover the Hills thanks to the festival held at the same venue.
Registration is still open on the event's website.
