On May 23, 2026, Cortina d'Ampezzo is preparing to change pace with an event that promises energy, lightness, and pure comedy: The Sketch Show, the show produced by the cultural association Repeat, with free admission.
After thrilling the audience in November with ALCATRAZ, the decade-long show that touched deep chords and moments of intense reflection, this time the association is taking a true creative turn: moving from emotional silence to bursts of laughter. A bold, playful choice, intentionally off course.
On stage, 39 actresses and actors will alternate, from the very young 11-year-olds to 70-year-olds, in a generational encounter that becomes scenic force and pure vitality. There will be 11 original sketches to mark the evening, each more unpredictable and entertaining than the last, in a comedic crescendo designed to surprise, engage, and — without too many formal promises — make the audience double over with laughter.
The comedy, for the association, is still a little-explored territory. This is precisely why the show is born as an open challenge, almost a theatrical experiment: what happens when one decides to take oneself less seriously and play with theater in a direct, immediate way, without filters?
The Sketch Show is an invitation to let go, to share a light but carefully crafted collective experience, where the stage becomes a space of freedom and sudden complicity with the audience.
One question remains open: will they really be able to make you laugh until you cry?
The only way to find out is to be there.
