The reserve is about ten minutes by car from Chioggia. Or from Lido di Venezia, from where a bus leaves for Pellestrina (passage by boat). The best way to explore the oasis and its surroundings is in any case by bicycle, which allows you to stop off in the nearby and colourful Pellestrina.
Useful advice:
To be travelled on foot or by bicycle.
