The building is located within the Papa Luciani Center. On the hill to the north of the Center, there used to be a stable. After the renovation in 2006, it became the Oasi Bethlehem, a self-managed facility that can accommodate up to 67 people. The “night area” consists of six dormitories with bunk beds, plus a small room for three people. The “day area” includes a spacious dining hall, a professional kitchen, an attic with a prayer area, and, with a separate entrance, another large hall that seats 80 people. Outside there is no shortage of space: a large lawn is available for guest groups, with part of it designated as a football field. In summer, stays run from Sunday to Sunday; during the rest of the year, there is no minimum stay requirement.
On the hill behind the facility, there are spaces suitable for hosting camps with tents, thanks to connections to the water and electrical networks.
