B&B Al Casel is an ideal refuge for nature and tranquility lovers, located on the slopes of the historic Strada dei Cento Giorni (Passo San Boldo), surrounded by forests and views of the Venetian Pre-Alps. In the area, there are numerous e-bike trails, perfect for exploring the historical road with its scenic bends and galleries carved into the rock.
The property features a wonderful 1,200 m² garden, perfect for relaxation immersed in greenery.
Just a few steps away, there are two excellent restaurants, one of which — located right in front of the B&B — is the oldest tavern in Veneto.
For those who love art and reading, Al Casel offers an intellectual atmosphere: a rich internal library and cultural events and exhibitions regularly organized during the summer months.
History of the property
The venue has ancient roots: it began as a silk mill, then in the 19th century became a dairy, until it transformed, in 1960, into the home of Francesco Fabbri, a notable figure in the area and minister of the merchant navy. His story can be explored further on the property’s own website. For this reason, many locals remember the establishment as "Casa Fabbri".
Today, B&B Al Casel combines history and rural simplicity with an authentic welcoming experience.
