After a decade of success, Casparetha has now become one of the most important and heartfelt winter events in the Biois Valley.
Canale d'Agordo is ready to welcome its fans as always with competition, trekking, tasting, and fun in a setting that never fails to amaze tourists and locals.
Born as an evocative moonlit walk with snowshoes on, now divided into competitive and non-competitive categories, the event stands out among other snowshoe events in Agordino due to the huge participation of athletes and spectators. The walk is open to the first 1000 registered participants.
The start will be from Piazza Papa Luciani, the main square of Canale d’Agordo, and it crosses the picturesque town thanks to the snow cover on Via Tancon and Via Soia. The route follows a brand new 5 km path with a finish at Piazza Papa Luciani. Along the route, there will be a rest stop offering mulled wine, hot tea, and cookies.
