DUEPUNTI
HOMO MODERNUS
with LEONARDO MANERA
The coronavirus has inevitably confronted us with our limits. We thought that for every question there would be a ready answer, we thought that for every disease there would be a suitable cure, we believed we lived in a society so advanced as to shield us from unforeseen sufferings, perhaps reserved for others.
Instead, we discovered that this is not the case, that we still need to find the right path to happiness. In this show, Leonardo Manera attempts to live an ordinary day of one of us, from the morning breakfast to the evening dinner, from waste sorting to the inevitable break on social media, from taking the kids to school to arriving at work, more or less rewarding.
Moments filled with anxiety but in which it is also possible to find sparks of fun and comedy. Until, as evening arrives, it is inevitable to ask ourselves: is there still a reason for us dissatisfied men of today to smile at life? Leonardo then crosses the city. A show that combines a smile with a concrete consideration of our daily way of living.
