Vicenza is getting ready to celebrate the arrival of 2026 with a brand new event, open to everyone and completely free: for the first time, the grand New Year's Eve party will move out of the area of Viale Roma and Campo Marzo and spill into the historic center, transforming Piazza dei Signori and the surrounding streets into a widespread urban stage. The aim is to create an engaging experience where anyone can freely participate in the celebration, breathing in the atmosphere of the city’s heart lit up for the occasion.
From mid or late afternoon, the celebration will extend into the nearby streets, featuring live music and DJ sets until 1:30 AM: four official stages will animate various areas of the city.
To complete the path, local establishments and activities in the historic center will participate in the event with dedicated initiatives, contributing to creating a widespread atmosphere that unites the celebration with the commercial identity of the city’s heart.
The project is promoted by the Municipality of Vicenza with the collaboration of Confcommercio Vicenza and the commercial fabric of the center. The main sponsor is Magis. Partners of the initiative include Tutti in Scena and Radio Stella FM.
