Cozy, quiet, and sunny apartment with a panoramic view, located on the first floor of an independent building. To reach the entrance, it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs; there is NO elevator available.
The apartment is about 27km from Cortina d’Ampezzo, 20km from Corvara Badia, 12km from Arabba, just below the Falzarego Pass.
The apartment includes a double bedroom and one with single beds, both equipped with bed linen and televisions.
A bathroom with a bathtub (approximately 60 cm wide and 140 cm long) and a bidet, complete with towels and a hairdryer. Equipped with a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, refrigerator and small freezer, kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, plates, cups, tablecloth, and dish towels. Waste separation and general cleaning detergents are provided. Please note that the apartment is cleaned after each departure for a fee; no intermediate cleaning is scheduled.
Available to our guests, private outdoor parking and a storage room with the possibility of using it as a ski storage and a ski boot dryer provided free of charge.
