Casa Almomi is a modern apartment located in the historic center of Falcade, surrounded by the characteristic tabià, ancient wooden and stone barns typical of mountainous areas. The area is quiet and silent, but at the same time convenient to all main services: the town center is reachable on foot, as is the Cooperativa di Falcade (just 2 minutes away) and the restaurants in the center.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, with access requiring two external steps, and consists of a living area with a small but functional kitchen complete with everything needed, including a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, including an oven (there is no dishwasher or microwave). The comfortable sofa can transform into a sofa bed if necessary.
A small hallway leads to the double bedroom, located next to a spacious and comfortable bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, a small washing machine, and convenient private outdoor parking.
