In the heart of Cortina, the historic Hotel de la Poste hosts a second complementary exhibition, more intimate and sensory. Here, snow has no faces, but matter. It has no names, but light.
Through invisible details and natural geometries, Gisella Motta transforms the white surface into an emotional landscape. The images “paint with light”: the cold disappears, giving way to a feeling of warmth and protection. The snow becomes form, breath, silence.

A double journey, a single soul
The two exhibitions converse with each other: on one side, the humanity that has built the culture of the mountain "The Faces of Snow" at the Faloria Cableway on the other, the primordial matter that is its origin and inspiration.
Together they compose a visual journey that celebrates skiing not only as a sport, but as identity, collective memory, and future vision. Two exhibitions. One single emotion. The mountain that watches and allows itself to be watched.
