Walk along the city walls

The Padua City Walls Committee organizes the tour of the walls in ten stages on a continuous cycle.

Throughout the year, four complete tours are scheduled. This way, those who cannot participate in all ten stages consecutively will have the opportunity to recover those they missed in one of the subsequent cycles. It is also possible to take the same stage multiple times throughout the year.

The visits include walks along the walls and access to the internal areas that can be visited, which may vary (ongoing work or activities may temporarily prevent access to a space, while new restorations can make previously inaccessible areas available).

The walks take place on Sunday mornings, starting at 9:30 AM and concluding around 12:30 PM.

At each appointment, an informative booklet will be available to better follow the explanations.

Comfortable shoes are recommended.

In case of bad weather (heavy rain or snow), the walk will be canceled. Those who have reserved will be notified in advance. Given the cyclical nature of the initiative, missed stages can be recovered by participants in the next round.
