Padua joins the Regional Day of River Tourism by offering tours along the navigable canals!
Officially established by the Region of Veneto, the second edition of the Regional Day of River Tourism will take place on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026.
The project arises with the clear intention of recognizing, enhancing, and promoting river tourism, supporting communities. Promoting river tourism means focusing on a sustainable tourism offering where the attraction is based on the wealth of scenic, natural, historical, cultural, productive, sports, and food and wine resources that characterize the riverside communities.
The Region of Veneto, in collaboration with the Regional Unpli Veneto Committee, invites you to experience the most picturesque corners of the regional territory to celebrate together the Regional Day of River Tourism.
A pleasant rowing boat ride along the canals of Padua, from Portello to Golena San Massimo. A slow and picturesque route that runs alongside the Renaissance walls, to discover the city from the water.
