The interior spaces include a dining room with a living area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The building is equipped with electricity, hot water, and a centralized heating system. The decor is simple and functional.
Outside, there is ample parking, a covered porch, and a large courtyard. These spaces are suitable for group activities and outdoor socializing. The location also favors numerous activities in the area, including hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, sports activities, and bird watching.
