From May 1 to 3, Risvegli returns. The festival of flowers, the spring event that transforms the Botanical Garden of the University of Padua into a wonderland. Three days of nature, science, and art to discover the plant world with new eyes, through a rich and engaging program designed for all age groups.
The festival comes alive with meetings and conferences that provide different perspectives on the plant world, featuring the participation of international scholars and researchers. Guided tours, city itineraries through historic gardens, rose gardens, and kiosks, workshops and shows for children and families, along with creative activities for adults, will not be missing.
This edition also dedicates ample space to themes of care and responsibility, as well as contemporary environmental challenges, focusing on the adaptation and conservation of biodiversity.
During the days, continuous activities are planned, open to all without reservation, including experiences with gardeners, botanical treasure hunts, augmented reality activities, and sunset events featuring music, storytelling, and nature, to experience the Garden in a different light.
Among the must-see offerings is the artistic installation by Federica Galli dedicated to monumental trees.
