As part of the “Musical Fusions” festival, the Verona Theatre Festival returns to fill the Roman Theatre with the wonderful music of Simona Molinari and her Kairos Tour.
The “Kairos Tour” is a journey through Simona’s music and songs and into the intense moments of life: those of falling in love and passion, of deception and disillusionment, and of commitment.
The audience can enjoy the best-known tracks from her repertoire, such as “Egocentrica”, “La Felicità”, “In cerca di te (sola me ne vo per la città)”, as well as Ella Fitzgerald’s “You’ll Have to Swing It (Mr Paganini)”, Francesco De Gregori’s “La Storia” and Lucio Dalla’s “Caruso”.
Joining Simona on stage will be Claudio Filippini (piano and keyboard), Egidio Marchitelli (guitars), Nicola Di Camillo (electric bass) and Fabio Colella (drums). Special guest: pianist and singer Raphael Gualazzi.
A pop-jazz singer-songwriter of great elegance, Simona Molinari boasts an exquisite vocal quality which, combined with her great versatility, allows her to express her own character across various registers, managing to stand out for her unique stylistic signature.
