The Day of Widespread Tourism returns to Montecchio Maggiore with a rich program of initiatives dedicated to enhancing the territory, culture, nature, and local traditions.
Throughout the day, it will be possible to visit some of the city's most representative places for free, including Romeo's Castle, the Hypogeum Complex of the Priara, the Museum of Armed Forces 1914-1945, and the New Civic Gallery.
All sites will be open for free entry.
The event will also offer numerous activities designed for adults, families, and children: theatrical visits, wandering performances, an ecological day dedicated to the world of bees, workshops and activities with alpacas, traditional wooden games, and demonstrations of historical wargaming.
Among the most anticipated events is the theatricalized ecological walk “Between Fountains and Anguanas,” an immersive experience among nature, stories, and traditions of the territory.
