Jazz returns to Cittadella with five days of music, meetings, photography, and training.
The festival, directed by Valerio Galla and organized by the Cultural Association Miles, brings the best of Italian jazz to the heart of Cittadella, with concerts, free events, masterclasses, and initiatives spread throughout the historic center.
The focus of the event will be Piazza Pierobon, where every evening at 9:00 p.m. prominent artists will take turns:
On Friday, August 28, Petra Magoni and Mauro Ottolini will open the festival with “Gira Dischi,” an original reinterpretation of great Italian singer-songwriter music.
On Saturday, August 29, it will be the turn of U.S. Band feat. Chiara Luppi, preceded by the duo U.T. Gandhi & Marco Bianchi.
On Sunday, August 30, Perspectives will take the stage, featuring Enrico Pieranunzi, Michele Polga, Thomas Fonnesbaek, and Mauro Beggio.
On Monday, August 31, Raphael Gualazzi will perform, while
on Tuesday, September 1, the festival will close with Elektro Dixie, a group that blends traditional jazz, contemporary energy, and electronics.
Every evening at 11:30 p.m., the Bus Station will host “Round Midnight”, continuing the music until late at night. On Sunday, August 30, the MagicaBoola Brass Band will parade through the streets of the center with a roaming concert.
A new feature of the 2026 edition is the masterclasses dedicated to groove, drums, and ensemble music, with Valerio Galla, Emanuele Giordani, Christian Meyer, Federico Malaman, and Leo Dalla Cort.
The program is completed by the photographic exhibition by Roberto Cifarelli, Gabriella Piccolo, and Massimo Di Vinci, at Palazzo Pretorio and in the windows of the historic center from August 3 to September 1.
