The Touring Club Italiano has organized the largest treasure hunt in Italy for Sunday, October 5th, open to adults and children in one hundred Orange Flag villages.
The Orange Flags are villages where the quality of hospitality, environmental sustainability, and the protection of artistic and cultural heritage come together to offer an authentic travel experience. Small centers that welcome travelers thanks to hospitable communities that, with commitment and enthusiasm, keep traditions alive, protect local heritage, and animate the territories through the organization of events and activities.
A six-stage journey to discover the deep and authentic identity of the territory and its resident communities, to immerse oneself in the traditions, flavors, and history of the places.
Each village has chosen its own themed route, thus enriching the experience with original content: in period costumes, to spectacularly evoke history, or more classic paths to discover the main beauties of the territory. Some municipalities have also planned a treasure hunt tailored for the little ones.
In Veneto, four villages are involved, including Cison di Valmarino, which awaits you for the occasion with the opening of the Museo Ruralia, the Museo della Radio, and the puppet show "The Ant and the Grasshopper".
