The restaurant Conca dei Parpari was established in 1965 through the will and tenacity of Elio Comerlati and his wife Lodovica, who laid the first stone here a few years after returning to Italy from Venezuela.
Since 1985, the management has been entrusted to their daughters Gianna and Ivana, who take care of it with grace and professionalism. It is open all year round, appreciated by the numerous tourists who come up here to enjoy the culinary specialties and the magnificent panorama both in summer and in winter.
The Comerlati family, in its management for 60 years, has always offered warmth and hospitality, in addition to a rich menu composed of typical dishes from the
Lessinia region, such as game and gnocchi from the mountain huts. In the surroundings, there is a cross-country skiing track open in the winter, which serves as a fully equipped camper area in the summer. A quiet area with a view that stretches from Lake Garda to the plain up to the peaks of the Carega mountain range and Mount Baldo.
