LOCANDA LA CANDOLA

La Locanda La Candola is located in Soligo, in the municipality of Farra di Soligo, in a panoramic position among the hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled between the hill of San Gallo and Col de Fer, the structure offers an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees, and scenic views of the Quartier del Piave plain.

The inn originated as a place dedicated to hospitality, taste, and well-being, where the slow rhythm of the hills meets quality cuisine and a family-friendly welcome. Guests can relax in the shade of the ancient century-old horse chestnut tree, enjoy the tranquility of the landscape, or indulge in moments of relaxation in the pool area with hydromassage and panoramic solarium.

The six rooms of the structure are all different from each other and inspired by the colors of the flowers grown on the property. The spaces, furnished with natural materials and artisanal details crafted by local artisans, combine contemporary elegance with authentic warmth. The rooms offer views of the vineyards and the surrounding valley, with linen and cotton fabrics, comfortable mattresses, and an atmosphere designed for rest and tranquility.

A highlight of the Locanda is the restaurant led by chef Alessandro Favrin, who offers cuisine linked to Venetian and Italian tradition, with particular attention to fish dishes and the flavors of the territory. The rich wine cellar completes the experience with over 500 labels of wines, whiskies, rums, and spirits from Italy and around the world.

La Candola represents an ideal choice for those who wish to experience the Prosecco Hills amidst relaxation, gastronomy, landscape, and charming hospitality.
