Locanda Rosa Rosae is located in San Bartolomeo di Breda di Piave, in the Treviso countryside, within an ancient Renaissance mill dating back to the 16th century. The building, constructed thanks to a concession from the Venetian Republic in 1564 and active until the 20th century, is now a welcoming place that preserves its historical soul, filled with silence, nature, and memory.
The inn offers four rooms with a strictly vintage flavor – Gratia, Essentia, Concordia, and Gaudium – characterized by a sober, essential, and monastic style, with exposed beams and bricks, original furnishings, and decorated private bathrooms. The spaces are designed to promote rest and the enjoyment of silence, in a setting immersed in greenery and accompanied by the sound of the Meolo river.
In the morning, breakfast is served with homemade cakes, cookies, and jams, yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruit, in the fireplace room during winter or under the wisteria in the beautiful season. On weekends, the inn offers dinner events, a convivial experience inspired by seasonality and nature, while the venue is also a location for weddings, private events, retreats, photo shoots, and movie sets.
Situated in the open countryside but easily accessible, the inn is about a 20-minute drive from Treviso and is well-positioned for exploring villages, historic villas, art cities, and vineyard-covered hills of the region.
