Villa i Pini was born as an ancient residence during the Palladian era, which together with the presence of manors, barns, and dovecots belonging to different periods, makes up an original 16th-century agricultural complex. Built in a unique and picturesque setting, the ancient Villa stands out in its particular setting immersed in greenery, as well as being easily accessible from the main roads and surrounding municipalities. In 1854 it is already indicated as a “holiday home” by the Austrian cadastre, while the surrounding lands were earmarked for agricultural use.
