The “Casa ai Castagni” is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader agricultural estate. The house underwent conservative restoration: maintaining the original appearance while preserving its use for stays and residence.
It is situated in Combai di Miane in the heart of the historical Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area at one of the highest and most panoramic points in the region, at an altitude nearing 470m. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace and TV, a kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking facilities, and a dining room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds, and a bathroom. Outside in the garden, you can find a barbecue with a bench and sun loungers with an umbrella for the summer periods. You can park your car for free near the house.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
To reach the holiday home, you must travel a slightly sloping asphalt road that is 1.7 km long from the main road, where there will be some curves. The road leading to the house is 2.8 meters wide. It is suitable for any type of car, but a smaller car is even better.
The house is situated among the vineyards, in a quiet location where you can relax.
