Two-level apartment of new construction with a view of Mount Tudaio, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the center. Completely furnished to measure with traditional materials revisited in a modern key, capable of providing guests with a unique experience of mountain living.
The spacious apartment (90 sqm), located in an independent villa, is spread out over two levels: living area on the first floor and sleeping area in the attic. The open space living area is equipped with a kitchen, a small living room (with a sofa bed), a dining area, and a bathroom. On the attic floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. The presence of balconies along the entire perimeter of the house allows guests to admire the surrounding landscape at any moment and provides great brightness to the apartment throughout the day.
In addition to the use of the apartment, guests will have access to an outdoor parking space and additional parking inside the underground garage, which is also great for storing bikes, skis, and mountain equipment.
