MONTE SEREO DI LEONARDO GRANATA

The agriturismo Monte Sereo is located in the northern part of the Colli Euganei Regional Park, on the north-east ridge of Monte Sereo, from which it takes its name, at an altitude of between 60 and 85 meters, entirely surrounded by woods.
From Monte Sereo, you can enjoy a unique panorama, overlooking the Venetian plain, from the Berici Hills to the lagoon of Venice and Friuli; in the background, the pre-Alps, beyond which some of the most famous Dolomite peaks emerge.
With the variety of crops and spontaneous vegetation, Monte Sereo collects all the elements of the typical landscape of the area, which with its colors and scents offers a suggestive context in every season of the year. The remoteness from inhabited centers, the lack of noise and pollution sources also allow the presence of a large number of wild animals that come close to the house.
The house is an ancient rural dwelling from the late 18th century, which preserves the warmth of local construction materials intact: the stone floors on the ground floor, the walls made of red schist, the typical building stone of this area of the Colli Euganei, the wood for beams and ceilings, the roof with tiles. The interiors, the choice of furniture and colors are particularly well cared for. Heating is provided by a low-energy consumption system, combined with solar panels for hot water production and photovoltaic panels for electricity generation.
On the ground floor, there is a furnished portico, the entrance, the dining room with a fireplace, the kitchen with an outdoor pergola, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: Leccino, with a large French door overlooking the garden; Marzemina, more intimate and welcoming the warm afternoon light.
On the first floor is the spacious living room in the old barn, and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: Pendolino, which can comfortably accommodate three beds; Rasara, a master suite, with an anteroom and bathroom.
Among the possible solutions we offer our clients is the possibility of renting the entire rustic of the agriturismo Monte Sereo for short periods (at least 6 nights).
This solution is ideal for families and small groups. In fact, we provide, in addition to the bedrooms, also our dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary, service rooms like the laundry, our portico, and the pergola. Not to mention the large garden that surrounds our agriturismo.
