It is perhaps one of the most picturesque places in the plateau, located in a secluded wooded valley (beech and fir trees) that has always hosted wonderful cherry blossoms throughout spring. A mountain place that still preserves and shapes the lines of a landscape that remains timeless.
It takes its name from Mount Cimone, the site of military clashes, the effects of which can still be seen today by looking at the hollow in front of the steps leading to the ossuary.
