Newly built two-level apartment with a view of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, surrounded by nature just a few steps from the center. Fully furnished with custom-made traditional materials reinterpreted in a modern way, providing guests with a unique mountain living experience.
The spacious apartment (90 sqm), located in an independent villa, spans two levels: living area on the first floor and sleeping area in the attic. The open space living area is equipped with a kitchen, a small living room (with a sofa bed), a dining area, and a bathroom. Upstairs in the attic are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. The presence of balconies along the entire perimeter of the house allows guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery at any time and provides the apartment with great brightness throughout the day.
In addition to using the apartment, guests will have access to an outdoor parking space and an additional parking area inside the basement garage, which is also great for storing bikes, skis, and mountain equipment.
