BELVEDERE

The Belvedere Hotel is located in an ideal setting, at the center of the Lido island, just a few minutes’ walk from the Lido beach.

Here, you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from the noise and crowds of Venice. The Lido is also very close to the city. Venice’s center of St. Mark’s Square can be reached by boat (vaporetto) in just ten minutes.

The Hotel Belvedere is a private property, managed by the same family for the past 300 years and possibly even longer.

In this location, the family originally owned cultivated fields of strawberries and vegetables. In time, the family built an inn and subsequently a restaurant. Later, when rooms were added, the original restaurant became the Hotel Belvedere.

However, the tradition of culinary excellence for which the restaurant was famous has been maintained. With each generation, the family has maintained the tradition of impeccable hospitality, from which it still derives pride as well as pleasure.

The building has been renovated several times in order to render it, despite its ancient origins, most pleasant and comfortable for our guests.
