Ca ’Spina is an ancient independent farmhouse, immersed in the green heart of Valpolicella.
It is the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a quiet break from work, for a cultural holiday or a food and wine tour or for a business trip. The house is 600 meters from the center of the town of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, a quarter of an hour from both Verona and Lake Garda.
It is on two levels and consists of a kitchen with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and has an enclosed garden of about 1000 square meters, which is well suited to accommodate even four-legged friends. Up to three people can comfortably stay. Ca 'Spina is equipped with heating, air conditioning and an alarm system. We are open all year round and we also evaluate long stays.
