Nestled in the Asolo Hills, Agriturismo Col Maòr is located in a carefully restored 19th-century farmhouse, maintaining the rural character of the area. It sits atop a hill in the eastern strip of the "Boschi di Onigo," surrounded by meadows, woods, and wildlife: an authentic natural environment where, at dawn and dusk, it is possible to spot deer, stags, hares, and foxes.
The hospitality is simple and genuine: three bright rooms on the top floor of the farmhouse, all with private bathrooms and views of the greenery. The kitchen is one of the soul of the agriturismo: it offers peasant dishes prepared almost exclusively with farm ingredients — vegetables from the garden, farm-raised meats, heirloom fruits, hazelnuts, mushrooms, and seasonal products — strictly following the seasons.
Col Maòr is also an educational farm: the forest surrounding the facility becomes an open-air classroom with educational paths, creative workshops, wild herb foraging, visits to historical tools, and activities aimed at understanding and respecting the forest ecosystem.
An authentic place to experience slow rhythms, savor the most sincere Venetian cuisine, and discover the agricultural and wooded landscapes of the Asolo Hills.
