The house is run by Federico Chignola and his wife Sara, who embody a tradition of elegance, dedication, and warmth. Today, their legacy continues proudly with the arrival of two of their three children in the restaurant.

The new generation

• Filippo Chignola, executive chef at just 22, brings a modern touch to the kitchen shaped by world-class experiences—from Hiša Franko with chef Ana Roš to Villa Crespi alongside Antonino Cannavacciuolo. His cuisine blends technical skill, respect for ingredients, and a strong sense of identity.
  
• Lorenzo Chignola, 25, is the sommelier. His vision has already earned prestigious recognition from Wine Spectator for one of Italy’s finest wine lists: a refined, carefully curated selection that elevates every dining experience with balance and emotion.
