Tenuta Le Cave features 17 refined rooms, each furnished with unique design pieces selected according to a defining theme.
Inside the main building, there are: a gourmet restaurant with a stunning wine cellar; lounge bar; outdoor swimming pool with
salt water; SPA; gym.
VILLA MACCALÈ
The Villa, located about 500m from the main structure, is immersed in the tranquility of the vineyards and on the edge of the woods. Historically, it was the residence of the quarry owner.
Here, you will find Suites, also equipped with elegant living rooms with fireplaces, a garden among the trees, and a bio sauna.
RESTAURANT
The cuisine of the Le Cave restaurant enhances and renews territorial tradition through extensive research on raw materials, produced using
organic and biodynamic methods. The proposed dishes feature both classical preparations and innovative, refined techniques, always serving the taste and ingredients.
Suppliers are in direct contact with the chef and the kitchen team to ensure absolute excellence of the products.
The gastronomic proposal offers a fresher and lighter option for lunch, while for dinner and the weekend, the menu is elaborate and refined.
