In the heart of Osigo, a charming hamlet of Fregona (TV), stands a residence that intertwines its architecture with the very soul of the community. La Comare, an elegant villa from the 1930s, owes its evocative name to the figure of the midwife who once resided there. Affectionately known as "la comare," she was the one who accompanied families in the miracle of birth, making this house a symbol of life and hospitality.

The spacious and bright apartment 1942 is located in the village of Dosoledo, at via di Piano n. 9 (on the first floor) and consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed (or two singles), a living room, a panoramic terrace, a shared laundry with washer and dryer, a bicycle storage, and an electric bike charging station, private parking, a garden with barbecue, and a covered structure with a table and benches for outdoor dining.
