In Treporti, music returns to tell the story of Venice through voices, rhythms, and memories that belong to the history of the territory. The Festival of Venetian Song offers three evenings of different character, united by the desire to enhance a musical tradition that is still capable of speaking to the present.
The journey begins with the energy of the Freve de Samba, amidst lively sounds and captivating atmospheres, and continues with "Simply Lina", a tribute to Lina Chiusso and her significant presence in Venetian song. Completing the program will be "Tribute to Venice", a choral evening entrusted to multiple artists, designed to celebrate the city through interpretations, references, and musical suggestions.
Piazza SS. Trinità thus becomes the meeting point between show and community, a place where music creates bonds, brings back to memory familiar repertoires, and offers new listening opportunities. The festival invites the audience to gather in the heart of Treporti and share a story made of local identity, passion, and popular culture, in a continuous dialogue between past and present.
