From July 2 to July 5, 2026 Arsiero hosts the 6th edition of the Water and Paper Festival, an event that celebrates the connection between territory, nature, memory, art, and culture through a rich program of events dedicated to citizens, families, and visitors.
For four days, the town comes alive with cultural meetings, experiential walks, activities for children, concerts, and guided tours, offering unique opportunities to discover the historical and environmental heritage of Alto Vicentino through the themes of water and paper, elements that have profoundly shaped the identity of the local community.
Program:
Thursday, July 2 – Landscapes of Water and Memory
The event opens with the presentation of the book "Ubi Aqua Vita Est – The Monumental Work of Giovanni Fontana", a moment dedicated to the history, art, and memory of the territory. The evening continues with a concert by the Coro Alpino Monte Caviojo.
Friday, July 3 – The Voice of the River
An immersive experience among water, nature, and memory along the coves and crevices of one of the most picturesque places in Alto Vicentino, in contrà Pria. The walk offers a sensory journey accompanied by stories, music, and scenery. Reservation required.
Saturday, July 4 – Families, Creativity, and Music
- Children's Festival with Workshops and Soap Bubbles: an afternoon of creative activities, workshops, and shows dedicated to children and families.
- Water Harmonies: concert by the Orchestra delle Venezie conducted by Maestro Giovanni Angeleri, Paganini Prize 1997, for an evening of great music.
Sunday, July 5 – The Stories of Paper
Guided tour inside the historic Cartiera Rossi, an opportunity to closely learn about the history of paper production and its role in the development of the territory. Reservation required.
