The Ham Festival shines again in its most prestigious location, the beautiful Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, in a renewed format: “Prosciutto Veneto DOP - Taste Experiences” will welcome its visitors from Thursday, May 14 to Sunday, May 17 and from Thursday, May 21 to Sunday, May 24, 2026.
The stand, renewed in spaces and offerings, will be divided into:
COURT OF FLAVORS, active from Thursday to Friday from 7 PM to midnight, Saturday from 11 AM to midnight, and Sunday from 10 AM to midnight. Here, at large tables, visitors can taste Prosciutto Veneto DOP accompanied by Grissini Morato, cheeses from La Casara Roncolato, melon, DOC wines, craft beers, and all other offerings.
The TASTE LOUNGE will instead be dedicated to events, meetings, themed dinners, and tastings, experiences where Prosciutto Veneto DOP is tasted, learned about, and enjoyed in its many aspects: from the most classic pairings to the most original, refined, and bold proposals.
During the weekend, guided tours of the prosciutto factories are scheduled, where the producers themselves will explain the various stages of aging. Additionally, a rich program of guided visits is planned to discover the beauties of the city and exclusive visits to Villa Pisani.
On Sundays, the festival will feature a large market of antiques, vintage items, crafts, and local products.
