The live performance review of the Province of Rovigo that for twenty-seven years has brought music, theater, and performing arts to the most suggestive places in the territory. Venetian villas, historic gardens, squares, and identity spaces transform once again into stages under the stars, giving life to a cultural itinerary that crosses the entire province and engages artists, communities, and landscapes.
This year, the event features 17 scheduled appointments between July 2 and August 23, involving 17 municipalities in the organizing network: Adria, Ariano nel Polesine, Badia Polesine, Canda, Ceneselli, Corbola, Crespino, Fiesso Umbertiano, Ficarolo, Frassinelle Polesine, Fratta Polesine, Lendinara, Occhiobello, Polesella, Rosolina, Rovigo, and San Bellino.
The 2026 program proposes a multidisciplinary path that ranges from pop music to storytelling theater, from singer-songwriter songs to international jazz, from comedy to contemporary physical theater. Inaugurating the review on July 2 in Piazza XX Settembre in Rovigo will be Francesca Michielin with her "Strega Comanda – Summer Tour." Following her will be Paolo Buonvino, Lodo Guenzi, Matthew Lee, Giovanni Caccamo, Syria, Marco Paolini, Al Di Meola Acoustic Trio, and Mara Sattei, the star of the concluding evening in the setting of Villa Badoer in Fratta Polesine.
Since its inception, Tra Ville e Giardini has built its identity on enhancing the historical, architectural, and landscape heritage of Polesine. Not simply a showcase of performances, but a cultural project that invites the public to discover places often distant from the main tourist circuits, offering opportunities for encounters between art and territory.
The 2026 edition is promoted by the Province of Rovigo with the contribution of the Veneto Region as part of RetEventi and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, with the collaboration of the participating municipalities and the technical-logistical organization of Ente Rovigo Festival, under the artistic direction of Claudio Ronda.
