Set in an intimate and rural family-run environment, Agriturismo La Sophora is centrally located to visit the wonders of Veneto; conveniently situated to reach Verona, Venice, Padua, and Vicenza.
Surrounded by the greenery of the Veneto countryside, it offers opportunities for excursions along the trails of the Berici Hills and the Euganean Hills, as well as being close to two cycle paths: the Bacchiglione and Treviso-Ostiglia.
Three accommodations have been created from the manor house, recently restored with a conservative approach to achieve a perfect blend of the ancient (the Vicenza stone windows, arched doors, stairs, and fireplaces; the old beams and floorboards; the original handmade bricks and tiles recovered for the floors and the internal well) and the comfort of modern technology (air-conditioned rooms, underfloor heating, TV, satellite TV, electric oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc...)
Another two accommodations have been recently created in the large porch attached to the manor house, where the barn and cellar were once located.
At the rhythm of the seasons, one can see various agricultural operations (from sowing to harvesting) for the production of wheat, corn, and soybeans.
Courtyard animals are also present: ancient breed cocks with colorful feathers.
