In the heart of Montello (371 m above sea level), Agriturismo L'Eremo extends over 22 hectares among rolling meadows, chestnut, hornbeam, and acacia forests, as well as Asolo Prosecco DOCG vineyards. The estate is located in an area rich in history (the site of crucial episodes of the Great War), culture, and traditions: nearby are Asolo and the Venetian Villas, while to the east opens the Lagoon of Venice (≈50 km) and to the north the Dolomites (≈100 km).
The philosophy of L'Eremo is centered on biodiversity and sustainability: vineyard management according to the Asolo Prosecco Method, the APInVIGNA project (a pact between beekeepers and winemakers) during the flowering of acacia and chestnut, and the recognition of the area within the UNESCO ecological network (Biosphere Reserve).
The family-run establishment offers 6 country rooms (accessible also to people with disabilities) designed for slow tourism that respects the landscape. In addition to accommodation, it offers guided walks and experiences of wine tasting from the region, as well as bike outings on Montello with rental agreements (including delivery and tours upon request).
