The bedroom on the first floor, approximately 19 square meters, potentially available upon request, has a maximum of three beds and is accessible via a communal staircase and does not have a bathroom.
The STUDIO (CIN: IT025015C2H2V3PC35) located in Padola at Via Torrente n.9 on the ground floor consists of a living room of about 20 sqm with a corner bench, a comfortable double sofa bed with a mattress height of 18 cm., a single bed, a TV; separated by an arch, the kitchen with gas oven and microwave; ante-bathroom and bathroom with bathtub, shower, and washing machine.
The studio is rented for the number of people declared at the time of booking. Any additional overnight stays will be charged at Euro 25.- per night/person.
A communal green space, sunny and quiet, where I place tables and umbrellas.
No pets allowed. Linens are not provided.
Public parking is 40 m from the house.
