For those who want to spend a holiday in a Venetian house, in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square and 10 minutes from Rialto.

We have 3 guest rooms:
DJERBA - cozy and bright single-use room with 1 bed that is one and a half places.

MARRAKESH - room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
DAMASCO - room with 1 double bed + 2 single beds.

A large breakfast room overlooks the terrace from where you can see St. Mark's bell tower.

The large bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet is shared.

OASIS  Lagoon Estate is easily accessible by car in the Ferry-boat You can park your car in front of the property on the public way. All the area is very safe.From the airport you can reach it with a direct shuttle (water) service .It takes10 minutes by vaporetto (public water transport) from Lido to Saint Mark's Square and the Biennale is at 7 min distance from Oasis;with a 15 minutes walk you reach the Congress Palace and in only 3 minutes  the beach.

B&B CB2 is centrally located in Venice, only a 7 minute walk from the famous Rialto Bridge. Our 3 Venetian-style bedrooms are spacious, and some of them offer canal views. The rooms are adorned with Baroque curtains and furniture made of walnut. Each room comes with a large bathroom with shower, a work desk, a minibar and TV and a kettle with cups for tea and coffee. The B&B is surrounded by traditional restaurants and bars. Piazza San Marco is just a 20 minute walk away
