The building is a period home (dating back to 1570) and was once part of the Serena Morando estate. It has recently been carefully restored by those who work with a passion for returning treasures, somewhat forgotten by time, to splendour through understanding their value and magic.

The existing structure as a hotel from 1965, was full and finely renovated in 2019, following the Italian contemporaneous design and according to the latest European safety standards. The hotel is situated in a strategic location for its proximity to the exhibition, city center, railway station and the highway exit of South of Verona. Arena is located just 1,5 km away and easily reached on foot, by bus which stops near the hotel and during the summer with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel.
