The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a kitchen with a convenient kitchenette and a separate bathroom.

The surrounding area is very quiet; there are multiple hiking options, from simple walks to mountain excursions; during the Christmas period, since the apartment is located in the areas of the "Magical Nativity Scene of Bariola," the stay is particularly enchanting.
