In 1981 Oreste and Rosanna De Martin established the first ice cream parlour in the beautiful Comelico valley. Several years experience in Germany gave Oreste and Rosanna the skills to bring this welcome culinary innovation to the valley. The ice cream sundaes they created were extraordinary and delicious, from simple flavors to more elaborate combinations such as wild fruits, liqueurs etc. This new business was such a success that long queues formed as everyone wanted to try their fantastic ice creams.
