Residenza San Silvestro is a tourist accommodation that has been completely renovated and refurnished with attention to detail in its 6 rooms.

The establishment is located in the Sestiere San Polo at number 1104, in the Campo San Silvestro located in the historic centre of Venice, only 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge and other tourist attractions of the city.

Al Portico Guest House and Al Portico Guest House 2 offer 10 modern rooms equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, private bathroom, free use of Nespresso coffee machine and kettle with a fine selection of teas. The building dates back to the mid-1800s and consists of 3 floors, accessible by stairs. The entire structure is exclusively designed for non-smokers and small pets are welcome and can stay for free (on request). Children up to 3 years sleep for free if they use the parents' bed, and on request if available we can offer cots.

A rest in the absolute silence, a refreshment that has no equal. The crickets will take care of the lullaby and the slow, soft movement of the waters of the Po di Gnocca.

Locanda Rosa Rosae is located in San Bartolomeo di Breda di Piave, in the Treviso countryside, within an ancient Renaissance mill dating back to the 16th century.
