On the top floor of the Palazzo Zen on the Grand Canal, our B&B welcomes you with a spectacular view and a family atmosphere.

You can choose between a spacious Junior Suite overlooking the Grand Canal, a bright Junior Suite in the attic, and a cozy triple room with a view of a garden.

We are in the Santa Croce district, where you can meet many Venetians and discover numerous typical places. To visit us, just get off the vaporetto right outside and take the elevator up.

The House in the Woods is located in the hills just five minutes from Isola Vicentina.
The dwelling is completely immersed in the forest and besides a beautiful view of the plain, one can enjoy peace and tranquility, surrounded only by the typical sounds of nature. It is not uncommon to spot squirrels, deer, hares, and many little birds.

The place, passed down from generation to generation, is entirely maintained and managed by the De Santi family members. With strength and passion, they have made it possible to transform a dilapidated ruin, documented since the 1400s, into a B&B with a surely unique atmosphere.

Surrounded by a moat, the area is characterized by a lush botanical garden, a private pond where guests can practice sport fishing, farm animals, and a private woodland area (a full 30,000 sqm) where one can bike through the dirt paths of the open Venetian countryside.

 The building has been gradually restored, temporarily becoming a small Franciscan community for hospitality and finally the Bed & Breakfast “Al Cantico”.

From the previous adaptation, the rustic has retained, in addition to the name, the simplicity and care in the decoration of the rooms and the warmth of hospitality.

The B&B hosts 3 rooms for a total maximum of 9 spots (4+3+2).

The B&B Ca' Maddalena is managed by the owner "Nonna Ivonne", and it is she who will prepare you a fantastic breakfast in her kitchen. The B&B is located in a characteristic 16th century Venetian building, just a few minutes from the Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco and the historic center of the city.

Otium Negotium is a cozy and family-run bed & breakfast located in the heart of Castelfranco Veneto, just a few steps from Piazza Giorgione and the imposing medieval Castle. Housed on the ground floor of an early 20th-century building, the B&B is surrounded by a large garden that provides tranquility and shelter from the hustle and bustle of the historic center.
