Palazzo Capra-Zironda in Thiene: history, elegance and hospitality in the heart of Veneto

A historic residence of noble origins dating back to the 16th-19th centuries. Today, the palace opens its doors to travelers, professionals, and exclusive events, blending classic charm with modern comforts in a timeless experience.

Villa Bornancini is a historical mansion which dates back to 1820. Today it is an elegant and comfortable Bed and Breakfast . The main hall and especially the antique wine cellar in Villa Bornancini can house receptions up to 80/90 people. In the large park which surrounds the villa, events can be organized for up to 200 people.

We are Mariaelena and Francesco, a mezzo soprano/contralto and a pianist. We work in theaters, institutions, and academies in Italy and abroad.

During our work and leisure travels, we have always sought the warm hospitality of family-run Bed & Breakfasts.

We also want to offer the same welcoming atmosphere. 

Our home is a typical rural dwelling of the Delta, completely renovated.

The Relais " La via dei Cimbri - T zimbarnbek" is located in the greenery of a t ypical Contrada Cimbra called " Pozze", present on the maps of the area since 1400.

The structure was largely r enovated in 2019 and f urnished with care a nd respect f or tradition by the owner Marzia.

Located in Giudecca, a still genuine and quiet part of the city, the B&B al Canal offers, as is customary in the true b&b tradition, two comfortable double (or twin) rooms in a private house, and, depending on needs, it is possible to add a bed.

A spacious, comfortable bathroom completely renovated in 2016 is shared between the two rooms. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and very quiet; one overlooks the Lavraneri canal while the other opens onto a typical Venetian courtyard that is the b&b's garden.

The B&B is housed in a three-family house with a small private garden, in a quiet and green residential area. You will find a modern and design environment to welcome you but, at the same time, warm and hospitable where you will feel "at home".We have three rooms, equipped with all comforts, which are located on the first floor: a double room with its own bathroom and two singles with shared bathroom.We live in the attic upstairs, so we can always be close by for any need. A friendly cat lives with us who loves to roam around the house: for this reason we do not accept animals.

 La Casetta is a place suitable for lovers of sport and nature. Kayaking or sport fishing are practiced on the Caorame. Mountain bike enthusiasts or road cyclists will find plenty to enjoy in these territories. All the most beautiful destinations in the Belluno Dolomites National Park are reachable in a day, and the summit of Monte Avena, known for its hang gliding and paragliding take-offs, is less than half an hour away by car. La Casetta is also a particularly suitable place for families who want to spend long stays.
